Crash Diet Day Two

Why do people do this to themselves? Why would anyone choose to stop eating over doing something interesting with their life that has benefits other than making you scrawny? So far today I have limited myself to breakfast and lunch (cereal and beans on toast) and am now about 1500kcal behind where I would normally be at this time of day. I don’t feel good with it. 

Weighed in when I got back from training at 77kg too so motivation isn’t huge. Very tempted to eat lots and aim for a good time rather than hoping and risking being badly prepared. Will see how much I am tomorrow evening/Saturday morning and take it from there.
